November's Pics

November started out with a field trip with friends to the aquarium to use our PBS passes. There was no school this day so it worked out great.
We did the virtual reality show for the first time, only TJ liked touching the rays, and you both found lots of places to pose:

Dress like a movie star day:
My friend and I took pies to the Elementary School for our turn to say thank you:
This same friend went adventuring with me to see the cute old houses at the U and to explore the city cemetery:

All 3 kiddos got 4.0's first semester! Here are your meal choices for your reward:
I painted this commission:
Pretty sunset on Veterans Day:
I helped at Adz's field trip downtown. You were a teller at Zions and thought it was a really fun field trip. I "worked" next door at Delta:

No cavities at the dentist:
We went to see the HS play The Scarlet Pimpernel. It was really fun:
Dad and I went to the temple:
Lulu you sold poinsettias that you helped take care of in your floriculture class. Also you made this arrangement:

Then it was time for Thanksgiving in St George. We drove down on Wednesday night and stayed with cousins. You guys played video games, watched movies, played bounce Grandpa off the mattress, and enjoyed being a little bit warmer:
We had Thanksgiving lunch at the church with Nana and Scott too:

We showed Grandpa a video Lulu found of the song Africa, but the vocals are off key and it sounds terrible. Grandpa about died laughing and fell out of his chair:
We made chocolate turkeys:
and had a new Christmas pajama parade:

The next day we went on a fun hike called Chuckwalla:
It started out cold but the sun was out at the beginning and it felt so nice:

There's TJ inside the turtle rock's head:

We decided to show Dad the cool petroglyphs too in Santa Clara:

The sun left and it was pretty cold again, but we still had fun back at Andrew's pool and hot tub:
Look at that storm passing through. Pretty pretty picture from a moving car:
We ended Friday with a nativity play at Tuacahn. Tuacahn looked so pretty with all the lights:

We drove home through a snow storm, but luckily the roads weren't bad.
The next day it was time to set up the tree in our basement:

Lulu and I went to see Barbie when it was just $1. I was worried it would be crowded. We laughed when we got to the theater and Lulu pulled a silly face when I took a picture:
Gramma took me to the Festival of Trees. We had fun seeing all the creativity:

Some of my favorites:
The Up tree:
Peppa the Pig:
A Pear Tree:
Nightmare:
And then it was December!
Love you,
Mom
