Life Lately in October

October was full of activities!:

Conference weekend brought stitches for Pluto's back, working in Grandpa's yard, puzzles, painting, the tent, and cinnamon rolls:

Our Halloween mantle. You guys liked picking out new decorations from the dollar store. The tiny potion bottles were your favorite. You filled them and put labels on them:

Hammer used his orthodontist points to get a Subway sandwich one night. Sorry my phone took a blurry picture!:

While Dad was hunting I made the world's best chicken pot pie, without a recipe. I was pretty proud:

Pluto wouldn't leave his stitches alone so I put a shirt on him. We laughed at him in this outfit:

Pluto graduated to a cone of shame that we borrowed from our neighbors, since the t-shirt was really annoying to keep out of the way when he went pee. He wasn't amused:

Halloween 2021

 Hi!

I was going to post all of the Halloweeny things that we did in October, but there were a ton! We had Scary Hill, Little Haunts at This is the Place, Scales and Tails, Pumpkin Walk, Band Concert, and Active Pages. I added those to other posts, and this one will be about our traditional pumpkin carving, costumes at school, and trick or treating! TJ was happy that these little pumpkins that we carved are ones that he grew from seeds that he bought!
