February Edition

Hey Kids,
Here are some more fun pictures from my phone. These ones are from February!
Life Lately, According to My Phone:

Lulu and I went to Build a Bear for her birthday.

Lulu invited two friends to have birthday cake with her

Grandma and Grandpa took her to dinner for her birthday

 On the way to Disneyland!

Great Grandma and Baby at the beach

Lulu's rode the tea cups on her birthday

 Silly faces

Mr T likes Lulu's new game

The boys come with me to Baby's 6 months Dr appointment

 Just looking cute

Our first time making shrimp. They were yummy!

Time to get St Patty's decorations out. Here is our leprechaun gold on the mantle

Baby started playing with and pulling his hair when he nurses. It's kind of adorable

We got Wendy's Kids Meals for lunch one day.  That's always a fun treat.

There you have it! February was amazing, wasn't it?
Love,
Mom

January Edition

Dear Kids,
With all the excitement of Disneyland, I forgot to post the pictures from my phone from January.  So, here we go!
Life Lately According to My Phone:

Hammer gets his free birthday ice cream

The invitation to Hammer's first birthday party with friends

 The pinata I made

 The cake I made

 Hammer celebrated at school too

 Cute Buddy

The boys love the car wash!

Grandma and Grandpa take Hammer out for his birthday breakfast

Hammer's new birthday bike from Great Grandma

We went with Grandma and Grandpa to look for eagles

 It was pretty out there

And it was cold! Unfortunately we saw no eagles.

Baby has his 4 month check up a little late, at the same time as Hammer's 5 year check up

Hammer was pretty proud of the house he built

 At the U gymnastics meet

Lulu and I had a fun outing. It was her first gymnastics meet to attend

We made the cutest Disneyland countdown chain...ever!

Mr T throws a big fit

Baby is looking cute and getting big!

 Mr T loves bubble baths

Baby tries out a new toy! And the kids put a new hat on him

 He likes the toy!

Grandma and Grandpa brought us back a big bag of lemons from their trip to Arizona. I juiced most of them!

Check it out, only 4 days left til Disneyland!

January was great.  We still had a lot of fun, even in the dead of winter!
Love you guys,
Mom

6 months old

Dear Baby,

I can hardly believe you are 6 months old already! You are still a baby of course. You can't sit up yet, and you are just learning how to play with toys.  But when I look at you I can't believe how big you are!  You are kind of a giant baby! You are in 12 month sized clothes! The Dr's office said you are in the 95 percentile for height.  Your siblings were similar, though they have pretty much averaged out now.  We'll see what happens with you.  I have a feeling you are going to stay tall!
Your first tooth broke through last weekend!  Your hair is coming in thicker now. I think it's coming in light brown. Maybe you will stay dark and look like your Daddy. You have long dark eye lashes that I really love, and the most kissable cheeks. Those tiny lips kill me every day too. I have to resist from kissing them all day long.
You want to eat all of the time! I don't blame you. You are a big boy and you are growing so fast. You have loved every kind of baby food so far, but mostly you still love to nurse. I love nursing you too, so it works out great.
Your siblings still adore you. Dad loves to play with you and see your cute smile when he gets home from work. And of course I can't get enough of you. My 1st goal every day is to get a giggle out of you.  It is the best! I love how you smile so easily for me too. I also love when I come to get you out of your crib after your nap how you kick and kick and kick because you're so excited to see me.  It makes me happy.
As you can tell from these 6 month pictures, you have a very sweet disposition.
I love you my handsome boy,
Mom

Bonus Pictures

Hey Kids,
Even though A Week in the Life is over, I still took some fun pictures over the weekend.
Check them out:

Friday was pajama day at school. It was very exciting:

After school, we visited with our friends. We enjoyed graham crackers and frosting:

Saturday we went to visit our old neighbors. It was great to catch up and eat pizza together.  Afterwards, we did some errands and Lulu got to do her Toys R Us birthday run. She got the balloon and crown and chose a pool toy:

We noticed that Baby's tooth is coming in!:

Lulu started practicing her piano. It didn't last long. We need to figure out a better way to be more diligent about this:

Sunday, Lulu reluctantly let me do her hair for church. I thought it was cute:

Daddy cooked us dinner. While he was cooking, Lulu crowned him:

We took some 6 month pictures of Baby too! (More of those to come):
Here comes another week, ready or not! Let's make it great!
Love,
Mom
