ADITL: 2016: Day 7

Sunday:

Breakfast: Cereal

Just got home from 9 am church!

Lunch after church: Eggs and crispy cheese.

Watching Olympics with Dad!

Hammer and Lulu play house with Elmo and Elma

Ollie puts dinner leftovers in a tupperware for lunch for the next day: Steak, parmesan potatoes, broccoli

As night nears a storm starts brewing

The boys play outside in the cooler air

One last ride in the car and a mark on the road

Gotta move the charcoal grill under the awning in case it rains.

Hammer plays Kindle and TJ watches, even though he isn't supposed to be watching because he lost his technology privileges by misbehaving during sacrament meeting.

Baby earns a treat for going on the potty!

That's the end of the project. I love looking back on this week as time passes. It's so easy to forget what every day life was like and I hope this helps all of us see that there were some downs but there were a whole lot of ups too.

ADITL: 2016: Day 6

Saturday:

Pluto's breakfast

Dad sprays some weeds

Lulu swings in her jammies after breakfast

Baby slept in a little so now it's time for breakfast: cereal.

Time to put pictures on the blog!

Lulu finally looses the tooth that has been bugging her!

Lulu also reads her library book

Dad is ready to head out for some archery

Lunch: bean and cheese burritos

A little music while we eat and clean up lunch

The kids like TJ's little rocket from the birthday party yesterday

We take a lot of pictures before we finally capture the rocket in midair. See it at the very top of the frame?

Boys head outside to play

Lulu and I make homemade tortilla chips

It's raining a little!

Time for the cleaning game. Each room has a number, as do a few treats, and we see what Baby rolls to tell use whether to clean or get a treat. We clean every room eventually, except the toy room and the full kitchen.

I finally get my exercising done and have a shower. This note was slipped under the door when I showered. "Mom, come in the kitchen."

The kids all hid and said Surprise as I came in the kitchen then showed me what they had worked on. "The Best Mom. To Mom" Made with love."

Inside are the tortilla chips sandwiched with nutella.

Baby helps me feed Pluto dinner, but dumps it all in his water.

Hammer decides to play cars, something he hasn't done in a long time

Lulu decides to do a few extra chores for allowance!

Dinner: French toast

Dad gets home just as we leave for Founder's Day fun. Dad stays home to eat dinner, but you guys had a great time.

Home with barely enough time for a haircut from Dad. Then baths and bed.

ADITL 2016: Day 5

Friday

Baby is up way too early. After trying to get him back to sleep for and hour and a half I give up and he drinks his yogurt drink. 7:30 is finally breakfast time.
